"RECALL NOW" is A NATIONAL RECALL INITIATIVE designed to assist in providing information for recalls, when needed in the 18 states that allow a RECALL of those in state Congress who fail to support a pre-negotiated agenda.
"RECALL NOW" is working to get support of a RECALL AMENDMENT to the Constitution to be able to recall members of the US Congress when needed.
While many suggestions are being considered as amendments to the Constitution, a single amendment would only address one specific issue. A RECALL AMENDMENT could be effective against all future problems by having the power to ELIMINATE any members of Congress who support bad legislation within a few months. Most politicians would rather change their agenda, rather than face a recall movement.
In addition, a broad Constitutional Convention may be avoided if such an amendment could be brought as a LIMITED AMENDMENT to only cure a DEFECT in the Constitution, which needs only an amendment CLARIFYING to bring forward this very clause from the Articles of Confederation, which states that any state may recall their representative for any reason. Some states have recall provisions and we will be creating an initiative plan for those states that do not. "RECALL NOW" is also working to help with amendments to State and Federal Constitutions in order to add recall provisions where they are not available for the citizens as redress.
The leader of RECALL NOW is a volunteer lobbyist who worked during the Clinton years and defeated a worldwide monopoly that affected every American in one of the largest industry in the world.His strategy comes from experience and he believes that he can increase the voice the taxpayers will have on this country.
Letters of support or cooperation from President Clinton, Daniel Patrick Moynihan, Louise Slaughter, Alfonse D'Amato and others attest to his experience and abilities working in Washington DC. A final order from the Department of Justice, defeating his opponents in settlement, show that his strategies are effective.
This proposal includes joining as many people together to fund the politicians who serve the people and recall those who do not. The taxpayers must demand that they make the rules and that the days of social programs and government bails outs not only do not work but will be reduced or eliminated.
However, for this to work the taxpayers must unify, help others and spend some of their time in the effort to keep America the best country in the world.
WORLD-WIDE ANTITRUST BATTLE THAT WAS DEFEATED BY THE FOUNDER
The founder of "Recall Now" had a 10 year battle with the travel industry to get home travel agencies, which he founded, accepted by the travel industry.
He had to fight the government, the airlines, 30,000 airline appointed commercial travel agencies who were losing customers due to the lower overhead of the home travel agencies and their better service they provided.
Many suppliers and industry trade Associations like ASTA and ARTA were found trying to organize a boycott to shut down the home travel agencies.
Additional false and contrived bad press in the travel publications made things worse for the home travel agencies and legislation was written to try to shut down home agencies as an act of Congress in many states.
All of this was defeated by the founder of "Recall Now", and after encountering legal fees of almost $500,000 he finally won the battle.
After many years of fighting the home travel agency concept, the airlines finally gave in and now offer home travel agencies to anyone who wants one.
These are the only two airlines groups that deal with travel agencies. Home travel agencies are now a part of the system world-wide thanks to the founder of Recall Now.
