HERE IS HOW IT WORKS! IT'S SIMPLE!!!
You can use this strategy to control EVERY politician, school board member, councilman etc. in your community, EVEN CONGRESS.
Break your community down into voter districts, organize your team into small groups and start managing your politicians, face to face with simple agenda's.
This is similar to the Chicago ALDERMAN concept. But the Chicago Alderman controls and restricts the voters. This controls the politicians which is the way it should be.
5 SIMPLE STEPS...
1) Gather together and create small local constituency groups
2)Create an agenda for each representative/politician/school board etc. (Start small with one or two politicians and let it grow)
3) Negotiate the agenda - give and take *
4) Track the elected politician after election
5) Offer your continual support to your elected representatives. Once elected, start your re-election support immediately. Meet monthly to review donors, votes and issues. They need to know you are supporting them every day and that you can help them get elected. They will be contacted by others with their own agenda - this is a competition and you will have to work hard to win.
If they violate your agreement do the following:
a) Re-negotiate with your elected representative
b) If that is not successful ask for a return of campaign donations, threaten to withdraw future support or start a recall.
If your state does not have recall statutes-you can simply threaten to withdraw your support or support their opponents in future elections, just like the unions do!!!
Or you can work to get a recall amendment to your state constitution.

SUPPORT THEIR OPPONENT OR THREATEN A RECALL

HOW DO YOU CREATE AN AGENDA?
The agenda should be simple, specific and agreeable to the person seeking office. Reduce the cost of government or promising to lower taxes is not enough. You must be specific by asking what programs will he cut and how will he cut them. How many joobs will be at stake and how likely is his or her plan to succeed
You may want to find a lawyer in your group to help you. We will have agendas that are available as we grow and you can use some of that language if you choose to contact us.
We would all like to have the perfect candidate. But face it; election promises are short lived and political pressure can turn any conservative into a liberal. The Republican party has been getting candidates elected for a long time. They know their districts and the population, so they should be given some slack.
Even the perfect Tea Party candidate holds no more promise then a RINO Republican...Look at Scott Brown, many are dissapointed at his votes so far. BUT, if these people can be managed with agenda's then even a RINO can be controlled or tossed out in the next election if need be.
This is an agenda based election model designed to enable YOU to support your candidate and control his or her activities once they get into office. Too often, lobbyists turn your candidate from a conservative into a liberal with generous campaign donations and an agenda of their own. YOU are left holding the BAG! Either you create the agenda or the lobbyists will use their own agenda to control the politician you got elected. - It's up to YOU!
HERE'S HOW YOU CONTROL YOUR ELECTED POLITICIANS...THE FINE PRINT
You create a small working group of friends from your membership that identifies a your favored candidate. Your group reviews the issues you are interested in and that the candidate will be responsible for.
Your group then creates an agenda for the candidate and proposes the agenda face to face with the candidate before the election. This works for ANY candidate whether it be a school board, county supervisor or a candidate for Congress.
This can also be used for CURRENT POLITICIANS as well, by promising your support in the NEXT election. The key is to create an agenda and use fund-raising and organization of your group to rally the votes to get the candidate elected. Go talk to them and set up their next election for your support now.
Once an agenda agreement is reached with your politician, your group can go back to others and get additional vote and donations support.
LET'S REVIEW... STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS TO CREATE THIS ACCOUNTABLE AGENDA BASED ELECTION STRATEGY
1) GATHER TOGETHER-Create your group from as many people as possible. Next, elect two or three people from your the group to organize a committee to set the agenda and go to the candidate with your agenda. Discuss the candidate, discuss the goals you would like your candidate to seek and what changes you would like to see in the office he will be elected to. You will need a lot of groups because every elected or appointed official needs to be monitored and managed.
2) CREATE AN AGENDA - Make a numbered list of the important issues for your candidate and write an agenda. It's not that hard. In business it's called a job description-it's the same thing.
REMEMBER-Unions, lobbyists and others are doing this right now. Once your candidate gets elected they will be knocking at his or her door with their liberal agenda. Which agenda do you want your elected representative to support? Yours or the unions?
Gather up a SIGNED LIST of donors and tally up how much they are willing to pay to support your agenda. REMEMBER-The lobbyists and liberal voters donate thousands of dollars. If you want to change things, conservatives need to step up to the plate as well.
A good rule of thumb is that you need at least $5,000 - $10,000 in pledges and at least 100 voters signatures of support to be effective. Don't forget-corporations are able to donate now and they are giving millions. Land a few major corporations and you will gain a lot of power with your politicians agenda.
So make calls, state your case to other voters and get your candidate some support money. You might want to go on the Internet. You can find all sorts of lists right there that shows donations paid to political candidates. CALL THOSE PEOPLE and state your case to get their support.
2a) RAISE THE MONEY-Go to the site below and put your zip code in the search field. You can find thousands of dollars in donors in less than 5 seconds. The site is free. Call on BOTH Conservative and Democratic donors-many give to both parties and many will be switching in 2010.
The money will not go to your group. You will get a PLEDGE from the donor, and then the donor will donate to the candidates election committee. Give your pledges and donor list to your candidate and they will make the calls to solidify the funds and collect the cash...It's what they do.
You can also call or visit your potential donors, explain what you are doing and tell them your agenda, get a written commitment from them describing their amount (fax or email), make a list of all your donors. Bring these pledges with you for your meeting with your candidate.
3) Negotiate with your representative - GO TO THEIR OFFICE. Site down face to face and explain your agenda and present your donor list with the total amount they will be donating and the number of votes they represent.
Go over the agenda. Negotiate the items that he or she agrees with and those that they may not feel happy with supporting.
You can even add a clause to ask for a return of campaign contributions if your agenda is not followed.(It's done all the time) For example, if your agenda has 10 items and one if them is "no tax increases", asses a value of 10% penalty if they violate that particular agenda item to be paid back to the donors. Make it a PERSONAL CIVIL contract and you will get their attention.
Now you have created a UNION of a candidate, the voter, real issues and future support. That's POWERFUL-and it's exactly what the unions are doing so now you are also COMPETITIVE with your agenda so you can expect it to be followed.
NEXT- Use all this, WITH THE NOW SIGNED AGENDA to go get more support from your group, people you know, donor lists etc. ($$$) for your candidate and get your candidate elected.
ONCE ELECTED-LET HIM OR HER KNOW IF HE SUPPORTS YOUR AGENDA YOU WILL GET HIM OR HER ELECTED IN THE NEXT ELECTION. Start working on the next election to support your candidate right away. Go back each month provide your fund raising progress, voters and your group growth and promise your future support.
4) Track his or her actions - Whether your candidate is on the school board or in Congress you need to track the issues, talk to them BEFORE they vote and watch the results. Demand that they provide you with a STRATEGY of how THEY ARE GOING TO REACH YOUR DESIRED RESULT and who are they working with.
5) Offer your continual support. If they violate your agreement do the following
a) Re-negotiate with your representative - Before you get rid of them with a RECALL, sit down with them and see if you can salvage the relationship for future votes.
b) If that is not successful ask for a return of campaign donations, threaten to withdraw future support or start a recall.
This is not hard at all. You need a separate leaders group for each candidate you are supporting. Have groups for your school board, commissioners etc. Every politicians needs to have supervision. You are not going to get all these groups established overnight, but just do what you are able to and add more candidate supervision as your group grows.
