WHO CAN BE RECALLED?
The recall laws vary state by state. However there are things that EVERY STATE can do to increase the effectiveness of your vote.
You can create an agenda for your politicians to follow. Everyone has seen promises disappear and special agendas take over, usually including higher taxes. Many voters are creating written agendas and requiring the politicians to sign it, before giving campaign donations. This is even more powerful if you can attach a list of donors who are all contributing as a group to support your written agenda. You can even tie in your agenda to a refund of some or all of the campaign donations you have given in support.
But some conservatives say...
"WHY DO WE HAVE TO DO ALL THIS EXTRA WORK. WHY CAN'T THESE POLITICIANS JUST BE HONEST?"
Because as soon as elected politicians get in office, the lobbyists line up with offers of cash and campaign support to sell us out! Politics has changed. We either fight, or we will be defeated. We will be taxed till we have no more than arrested for not paying our taxes.
The basic thing we need to learn is that we need to communicate with our representatives and pay attention to what they are doing!

We are currently working on a Constitutional Amendments to create recall provisions for Congress and for states that do not allow recalls. But even if your state does not provide for a recall you can still meet with your representative, create an agenda and support your candidate. If they violate your agreement you can ask for a return of the campaign funds you gave them or not support them in the future.

UNIONS LEADERS CAN BE RECALLED-AGENDAS CAN CHANGE
Major support is paid to Democrat politicians by unions. Their agenda is consistently liberal. But their agenda could be changed by a union membership with a clear direction and new ideals about what their union dues should be used for.
Yes, union leaders can also be recalled as well. But they get recalled by the union workers. With the feet on the ground we are building, we could help union members overthrow their leaders and create now agendas by supporting union workers instead of political liberal agendas. It's not impossible.
Many union members are conservative. Most union members are against union funds being used for political purposes and most union members think that their union leaders are unaccountable, get too many perks and make too much money. They believe that their union dues are wasted on things that are of no benefit to the union workers who pay the dues in the first place...SOUND FAMILIAR?
Union workers might respond to new agendas like cutting union dues in half, not using union dues to support political candidates, not supporting card check and other things that union workers are deeply set against.Union leaders are recalled all the time by their members and this could start a new movement to cut union support from the unions.
We might be able to help create common agendas that are favorable to both union workers and conservative taxpayers. If we help union workers get their unions agendas under control we might be able to reduce their affect on Democratic elections.
FUTURE ACTIVITY - A NATIONAL RECALL INITIATIVE
Imagine if we had a national, funded, centralized recall machine. Capable of recalling anyone in public office, we could set the agenda. We could also keep the good people in office-which is why term limits may not be a good thing. We don't want to get rid of good people...just the bad ones. Times have changed, the Democrats have stepped up the game of politics and the Republicans have not kept up. We must fix this ourselves and control our destiny.
We can't start a third party, we can't wait for Reagan and can't be disappointed by Sarah Palin not getting in power in time. Americans need to face the facts that they are going to have to take the time to control their future...It can be done.
Relying on the 10th amendment is flawed because it can only be called into action AFTER the laws are passed. This leaves the courts to make the decisions and the courts are appointed by CONGRESS! Such court decisions may take many years to find a decision Ever wonder why these courts strike down so many laws supported by the people in favor of Congressional politics?
10th amendment actions have a place but we should also operate with tactics and strategies that can have more control upfront, before laws and rules are enacted. We need to place more emphasis on control of the leadership agenda, the daily process etc, just like you would do in your business or family.

Find a volunteer lawyer from your group to help and set up a group with a central organizer
IF YOUR STATE DOES NOT SUPPORT A RECALL IT DOES NOT MATTER.
You can still get signatures to try to make the change to allow a recall in your State’s Constitution. You can still call the media and get the word out that the people are not happy and want to change the law to allow a recall and that a movement is coming. You can still send a registered letter to the Senators office telling him that a recall statue may be coming and the party’s over.
YOU CAN STILL WITHDRAW FUTURE SUPPORT AND SUPPORT THE OPPOSITION
If there is not a law that allows a recall in your state the last thing your Senator wants is a bunch of people trying to pass a law that will allow a recall in the future. We need to INCREASE the pressure and INCREASE their fears. It all helps.
These Senators don’t know what obscure laws or pressure from the people might put him out of a Senate job next month if he continues to support these terrible bills. What is important is to put him on notice and start a second wave of pressure against the health care bill and the Senators who support it.

REMEMBER-YOU DON’T HAVE TO ACTUALLY RECALL THEM TO SUCCEED. All you have to do is put the pressure on them, throw the kitchen sink at them and STOP THE VOTES.
