It's great to get a few people and go to the polls together. But to get the masses to vote for a national candidate you have to have a national program that is
SIMPLE
STRUCTURED
EASILY DUPLICATED
This program is also FUN and MOTIVATING. Unlike phone banks where people strain to make call after call, or canvassing where people knock on doors this program has a FOLLOW UP TO THE POLLS WITH LIFT". LIFT means physically taking people to the polling booth-and it is where Democrats excell. We need to do the same.
People work with people that know and talk to every day. It is targeted to CONVERTING non-voters and liberals and actually TAKING THEM TO THE POLLS.
With phone banks and canvassing no one really knows what happens after that contact that is made by volunteers. They may vote their own mind or may not vote at all.
It's exciting to have groups of conservative voters, going to meetings, holding demonstrations and pushing their candidates. We can add even more votes by finding those WHO ARE NOT going to vote conservative in the next election, convert them and take them to the polls.
If we don't find them and take them to the polls-the Democrats will.
THERE ARE TWO GROUPS THAT ARE HARD TO TARGET
1) Conservatives who never vote - Close to 40 million conservatives did not vote in 2008, many have never voted in their entire lives. They are too busy, don't know how, believe that their vote won't count or are just lazy.
Democrats and ACORN are using these conservative non-voters' records for fraudulent voting. IF THESE PEOPLE DON'T VOTE NO ONE WILL EVER KNOW! These people must get registered and must vote which would reveal duplicate registrations.
2) Independents and liberals who vote for Democrats - Some of these people can be converted if you know how to approach them ... EMOTIONALLY!
If we are going to win elections, each one of us must bring a few people from each group that did not vote in 2008. We have to deliver them to the polls IN OUR CARS and set a goal of taking 5-10 voters with us to the polls when we vote.
How does ONE PERSON get 60 people to the polls??? SIMPLE-We each set a goal of getting 5 - 10 people to the polls
Then we find 5 more conservatives to each start their own small group of 10 people to do the same.
Thats' right, each one of your friends also also take 10 MORE people to the polls which will create a total voter base of 60 votes for every ONE person who participates in the GET OUT THE VOTE program described on this page.
This means each Tea Party member can guarantee 60 people to the polls, voting for Republicans. (You get ten voters, and you get 5 more people who each get ten voters to the polls as well)
Many people are using a "knocking on doors" strategy which is fine, but they may be ignoring their personal friends and associates. Strangers may not be truthful when they say "Sure... I'll vote for a Republican this time (as long as you get out of my doorway)" . You have no way to know if they are indeed going to vote Republican or not because you will never see them again. While knocking on doors is OK, friends should be first!
Another problem with door knockers is that many are using voter records. Many of these people are already going to vote, and ACORN is going after the conservative non-voter who is not on the voter records to cast a fraudulent vote for themselves.
The easiest voter is the conservative who doesn't't vote. Find them and take them to the polls. This also stops election fraud as well.
THE FIRST THING EACH PERSON SHOULD DO IS TO MAXIMIZE THE PEOPLE THEY KNOW AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR OWN PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS. THESE ARE FAR MORE LIKELY TO CONVERT TO CONTROLLABLE, DEFINABLE REPUBLICAN VOTES!
This program works well with weekly or monthly sales type meetings run in a contest format or they can also work with people calling each other and self motivating.
THE KEY IS TO FIND PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT PLANNING TO VOTE REPUBLICAN. These are free votes and there are probably 50 million of these voters easily available and could nullify the 20 million illegal aliens and also nullify lots of of voter fraud being planned by ACORN. THESE ELECTIONS CAN BE WON IF WE ARE SMART ABOUT IT!!!
IF YOU WANT TO WIN ELECTIONS YOU NEED TO FIND THE CONSERVATIVES WHO DID NOT VOTE IN 2008, GET THEM REGISTERED AND TAKE THEM TO THE POLLS IN 2010!!!
Talk to your friends and get them to the polls in 2010. USE THE FOLLOWING FORM. Make copies and pass it to others who want to help. (You may want to cut and paste this to a doc and rearrange it to fit a full page front and back so it is easy to pass out.)
Why use a form? People are all different and while you will get many people to work well independently, many others like a little more structure. A form provides direction, a beginning, an end and sets expectations. If you tell someone to knock on doors they envision long nights and don't know the end GAME. Not a lot of people are going to walk and knock on doors BUT MOST EVERYONE CAN GET 10 NAMES! This simple form tells people what to do, who to talk to, what to say and makes the goal 10 people...SIMPLE!
If a get out the vote program is managed well, it will include regular meetings where people will compare results and motivate each other to increase their results AND MAYBE GET 10 MORE EACH WEEK BECAUSE IT'S SIMPLE AND FUN.
You could even have a contest with prizes! The results is that people will be creating their own forms as in a list on a wrinkled legal pad to track what they are doing whether you provide a form or not. So a standardized form for those who wish to use one will help standardize results, manage the process and create overall a consistent result in your get out the vote program.
This program also has a LIFT provision. What is LIFT-It is just taking a few people to the polls in your car. Why is it so important? Because the Democrats HAVE BUSES full of people that all go to the polls together. We must match their efforts and then exceed them - this form does all that and more and its SIMPLE. SECTION ONE: Ask each person if they can also help you find conservatives who are not voters to reduce election fraud. It will help their vote count and increase the vote! Give them a sheet to fill out. Call them and make sure they are getting at least 10 more people to vote Republican. Use additional sheets if you go over 5. SECTION TWO: Get these people registered to vote. Look for duplicate registrations. Pass out sheets to them only if you think that they will add names and possibly manage other people as in category 1. (THESE ARE BONUS VOTES) On election day take them to the polls and be sure they vote for REPUBLICANS. These people need the extra support. Your support is vital. YOU MUST TAKE THESE PEOPLE TO THE POLLS OR THEY WILL NOT GO, JUST AS IN THE PAST. If you get too many people, use your contacts to create more car pools.

SECTION THREE is for liberals. A percentage of liberals can be converted. Generally, liberals use emotions to establish their opinions. You can’t convert liberal with facts. You have to use emotions. So what you say to get the conversation started is “I am scared/afraid about the future, how about you?” (fear is an emotion) They will tell you exactly how they feel (feeling is an emotion, now they are in an emotional mode) . If they say “nothing I love the libs”, you are not going to convert them until they have a fear. If they AGREE, then you ask, “What scares you the most?” Now you have something to work on. Agree with them, then offer conservative solutions on the fear they have. Talk and teach with stories about people you know who have had experience in situations that support your conservative viewpoint. Be a friend and keep in touch. Don’t be confrontational. Suggest low taxes might put people back to work because business will have more money to pay new employees. If you can get them to agree on this one fact you are getting them in the right direction. Ask them to go to a free seminar or meeting if your group has them. Ask them to watch 15 minutes a week of Fox or conservative talk radio – call weekly to review.

THIS FORM IS A GET OUT THE VOTE MACHINE!
It’s simple and effective. One person can easily get 10 – 60 conservative votes, many of whom either never voted or are even liberals.
HOW IT WORKS:
SECTION ONE: This is for people you know who have voted in the past, are registered and will be voting REPUBLICAN in 2010. Ask if they want to help sign up more people like you are doing with their own list. Don’t take anyone for granted. Ask everyone you know. Get a phone number and email and be sure they are listening to FOX or talk radio.
SECTION TWO: This section is for people WHO DID NOT VOTE in 2008. LET’S COUNTER ACORN. Get these people registered. You will need to take them to the polls. They may not have a car, they may not have time or they may just be scared of the process. REMEMBER…THESE PEOPLE DID NOT VOTE IN 2006. YOU WILL HAVE TO GET THESE PEOPLE REGISTERED AND TAKE THEM TO THE POLLS in 2010.
SECTION THREE: This section is for liberals. You can’t argue with liberals. You have to find areas you agree on and build a relationship solving fears with personal stories supported by facts and calling for action (a vote for republicans) to reinforce your solution. Don’t bring up Obama or the president or start spouting facts. Use emotional words and try to bring out their FEELINGS or EMOTIONS. Try to use STORIES about PEOPLE who support your position not facts or statistics. (Read the front section 3 for more information on what to say)
FREE MEETINGS: One great way to get category 2&3 (liberals) to your meetings is to offer FREE MEETINGS with value. Accountants, Lawyers, Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers and others will provide free speakers if you can get a group together. Tax time is a great time to do this and offer free tax tips. (October 2010 is perfect) All you do is to invite the category 2/3 people to the free meeting and get the speaker to provide some basic foundational information to the meeting. As the free meeting agenda finishes up the speaker ends up with some conservative discussion. Example conservative agenda; How do taxes affect employment? How does small business affect employment? How do business cycles affect consumers? How do bailouts cause business cycles? How did the cash for clunkers cause used cars prices to go up? This is how you convert liberals to conservatives. With 10 million illegal’s coming into this country we better be ready to convert them or support them. It’s our choice!
At least fill out some names and call them. Show them alternatives and see if you can get another carload of 5 people to take to the polls. Have people pass out this sheet to others. But be careful. Try to follow upon people in category 2 every couple of months and on category 3 once a month.
